Our Property Search

We purchased our home from Sage November of last year (2019) in the up-and-coming Exposition Park area. During our search, we had visited over 20+ homes. We were looking for a renovated property in developing, undervalued neighborhoods. The property Sage was selling was, by far, the most beautiful and well constructed home we saw out of all the properties we visited.

Both Rita and Diana could not have been nicer and more inviting when we visited the property.. Most of the properties we looked at were constructed by large companies who didn’t seem to care about the property, neighborhood or the buyer.

Purchase

The buying process was quick and painless. During the purchase process, our escrow went very quickly. This was in part because Sage was very attentive to detail and very quick to respond to our conditions. They made the purchase process quick and painless. The were complete professionals from beginning to end.

Construction/Design

When we did our inspection we found a very well constructed property inside and out. They had performed an extensive renovation essentially creating a mostly new house on the interior. The floor plan was very well planned out with a sensible layout and well proportioned spaces. It is so well laid out people remark that it feels much bigger than it actually is.

Conclusion

Sage made our home buying experience and excellent one. We were very fortunate to have found this property and to have such a great experience in the often difficult purchasing process. We would absolutely buy another property from them in the future and wish them all the best.
